About me

I specialize in trauma healing, mindful awareness, attachment work, and wellness. Specific areas of expertise include self confidence and compassion building, relationship repair, parenting, addiction, and healthy habits to decrease anxiety and depression and to increase connection, clarity, courage, creativity, and calm. All are welcome here. I support all identities, relationship types, and orientations in my practice and enjoy helping you to explore your unique cultural and spiritual strengths to shine your light in this world.

I appreciate being a partner with and witness to your change. I believe most things are possible and that our foundation in life is our attachment first to ourselves, and second to our greater world. There is no one way to heal and and together we can find your path. Laughter is a typical part of my practice as is mindfulness, and somatic (body-based) work that honors the connection between our human container and our greater Self. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
